My focus has been on building and scaling research from the ground up, embedding insight into decision-making across marketplaces, monetization, and platform-scale systems—so research influences what gets built, not just how it’s designed.

I view research not as a support function, but as an organizational lever for clarity at moments of ambiguity—helping teams decide where to invest, what to prioritize, and how to balance growth with long-term system health.
